To change minSdkVersion in Android Studio:
- Right click your app -> Open Module Settings
- Select app and Flavors tab, select your new Min Sdk Version, then OK.
- minSdkVersion changed.
You can also change targetSdkVersion, compileSdkVersion (under Properties tab) also.
